Automation architect

The role includes

1. Gathering and analyzing customer requirements and writing specification documents.
2. Implementing business processes using BPM/Workflow tools.
3. Writing technical guides.
4. Training and supporting customers in product usage.

Role Requirements

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems.
• At least one and a half years of studies completed – mandatory.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in implementing business processes using BPM/Workflow tools, e.g., Zapier or Make, is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with SQL tools is a plus.
• Experience with API interfaces (SOAP/REST) is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems like Priority, Hashavshevet, or NetSuite is a significant advantage.
• Experience in user support and training is a plus.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English at a high level.
