The role includes
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements and writing specification documents.
- Implementing business processes using BPM/Workflow tools.
- Writing technical guides.
- Training and supporting customers in product usage.
Role Requirements
Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems.
- At least one and a half years of studies completed – mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in implementing business processes using BPM/Workflow tools, e.g., Zapier or Make, is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with SQL tools is a plus.
- Experience with API interfaces (SOAP/REST) is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems like Priority, Hashavshevet, or NetSuite is a significant advantage.
- Experience in user support and training is a plus.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English at a high level.
Abilities and Qualities
