We’re looking for a skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong software background, experience working with AI models (especially LLMs), and the ability to build and maintain production-ready systems.
Must-Haves
● Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on industry experience in software development or AI/ML engineering.
● Programming Skills:
○ Required: Proficiency in Python.
○ Nice to have: Experience with JavaScript.
● Backend Development:
○ Proven experience in building production-grade applications, microservices, or APIs.
○ Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Asyncio, or similar.
● APIs:
○ Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.
○ Comfortable reading and using API documentation.
● AI & LLMs
○ Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, etc.
○ AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
● Adaptability:
○ Quick learner with a proven ability to adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
● Problem Solving:
○ Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
Nice-to-Haves (Advantages)
● Web Scraping / Crawling:
○ Experience with automated data collection tools such as Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or similar.
○ Especially useful in LLM-related data workflows.
● Vector Databases:
○ Familiarity with vector similarity search tools such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar
