Engini retains specific data to characterize the optimal process for you, support error recovery, duplicate detection, custom reports, workflow re-runs, and so on.
Data subject to the retention policy is automatically and permanently deleted when the retention period has passed. If, for example, the retention period is 30 days, applicable data older than 30 days is deleted.
Retention periods #
Each module in Engini has a different retention period for deleted items as described in the table below.

Also, If you choose to use Engini’s Professional Services than Engini will keep any information related to the project (characterization, data mapping etc.) in our PS Platform until the customer submits a request to delete this data.
