Notification Rules #
A New Way to Control Your Workflows!
You can now receive email alerts for workflow issues. These rules give you greater control over detecting and resolving errors quickly and easily.
Activity Limit Reached #
Description
When your account consumes its full monthly activity allowance, the system automatically sends an email notification to designated recipients and blocks all processes from further execution.
Purpose
This rule ensures you receive immediate notification about service blocking and provides clear upgrade options to continue operations.

Workflow Blocked #
Description
When a workflow reaches the configured limit of consecutive failures, the system automatically sends an email notification to the chosen recipients and blocks the workflow from further execution.
Purpose
This rule prevents workflows from endlessly failing without notice. It ensures recurring problems are surfaced quickly, allowing you to investigate and resolve the issue before resuming execution.

Workflow Error #
Description
Whenever a workflow fails, the system sends email notifications with error details to the selected recipients, according to the configured notification period. Unlike the Workflow Blocked rule, the workflow continues to run without being stopped.
Purpose
